Q. IS SHIPPING FREE?

A. Yes, on most items, domestic shipping is free on prepaid orders. (some items may include shipping).

On COD orders a COD fee of Rs. 50 is included in the final amount.

Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A. Orders are shipped out directly from our Delhi warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 2-7 Days for Dispatch & Delivery in India. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

A. All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

Q. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR TAXES?

A. The prices displayed on our site are inclusive of all taxes. which means you may not be liable to pay for taxes once you receive your order.

Q. Can i Cancel my order?

A. Yes. you can cancel your order before 12noon of next day of order placement date (ex. If, order date is 25th april 4pm. cancel it before 26th april 12 Noon). We dispatch all orders at 1:00 PM everyday. You need to cancel it before this time.

Q. Is There any cancellation charge if i missed the recommended time frame for cancellation?

A. Yes. if you cancel the order after its shipment, you need to pay Rs. 150 as cancellation charges. (which is automatically deducted from the your refund).
